The aim of the class is to improve strength, flexibility and endurance while on longer rides. This Pilates workout can be challenging at times and previous Pilates experience is essential.

Jax, who is teaching the classes, is a STOTT Pilates Matwork trained instructor, with an additional certification through APPI for Pilates for Cyclists. Jax is passionate about cycling, and uses it as her source of adventure!

NGNM Women's 100km

This scenic route is 99km with a total ascent of 1157m. We will head out of the city towards Dundry, then climb our way onto the Mendips via East Harptree. From here we take in the stunning Cheddar gorge where we will stop for coffee and cake before climbing our way back out. Our final climb of the day is Stowey before a gentle (and flat!) ride back to BAU along the B2B cycle path.

The aim is to average around 14mph (including hills - so more like 15/16 along the flat).

For those wanting a shorter route, a 50km will take you to Chew Magna for coffee, and home via saltford and the B2B cycle path. This ride will not be led and riders are expected to self-support.
