Rhian is a qualified Personal Trainer with qualifications in Circuits Training, Kettlebells and Personal Training; More info can be found at Rhian Greaves PT. She is an avid cyclist with many years of experience cycling and she will be leading the class.
Rhian has prepared a structured taster session to introduce you to essential conditioning for cyclists. No prior experience is necessary. We'll be targeting the parts of the body affected by cycling ie. glutes, shoulders, lower back and core. A perfect way to strengthen any tight muscles before a weekend ride.
